HISEA connects our valued customers with products under the HISEA trademark. We stand by the quality and durability of every item we make and that is a guarantee you can stand by.

If your product covered by this warranty fails due to a manufacturing defect, we will replace it directly without charge at our discretion. Only original, unaltered, and unmodified items and workmanship are covered.

This warranty does not cover damage caused by accident, improper care, negligence, normal wear, and tear, or the natural breakdown of colors and materials over extended time and use. We offer a lifetime warranty without any conditions. Damage not covered under warranty may be repaired for a reasonable rate and a fee will be charged for return shipping.

  • Is normal wear and tear covered by warranty?

    HISEA lifetime warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship, regardless of the age of the product, but it does not cover normal wear and tear. Wear and tear are damage that naturally and inevitably occurs as a result of normal use. We offer a one-year warranty on all HISEA items without any conditions.

  • Will my product be repaired or replaced?

    If your warranted product by HISEA fails due to a manufacturing defect in materials or workmanship, our first option will be to replace it without return, free of charge. If the product is not repairable, or if the cost of repairing the item exceeds the cost of a new one, we will replace it.

  • Who pays for shipping?

    Damage covered under warranty could be replaced free of charge or refunded without return. Damage not covered under warranty may be replaced for free as well. But you need to pay for the return shipping cost, while we pay for postage of shipping back. Customer Service will contact you directly to discuss your options.

  • How does it take for replacement?
